ATSI Award of Excellence ATSI recognizes Direct Line Tele Response as one of the Top Ten answering services in the call center industry. In addition, Direct Line has also achieved the industry’s top honor, the Award of Excellence for 21 consecutive years making them one of the most awarded answering services in North America. These awards are earned by achieving the highest scores within very specific tele-messaging selection criteria. ATSI conducts a series of unannounced “mystery” calls from an outside company over a period of six months every year to ensure consistency of excellence in call answering.

24/7 Site Certified Direct Line Tele Response is recognized as a 24/7 Site Certified facility by ATSI.  This certification indicates we have met or exceeded the highest standards in the  following areas: business practices, life safety, operations, including emergency procedures, 24/7 preparedness, after hours answering service reviews, proficient recovery techniques, personnel hiring, training and ongoing evaluations through a peer review program focusing on 99.9% annual run time.

ATSI Learning By Association Sharing Award Direct Line has been awarded the ATSI Learning by Association Sharing Award. This Award recognizes contributions members of the industry make to one another on a daily basis. Recipients are well-known within our community for their generosity of spirit in sharing the insight and knowledge they have gained over their years in the industry. This esteemed award was created by Direct Line co-founder, Larry Goldenberg.

Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X)

Founded in 1964, the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X) is an industry trade association. CAM-X members are leaders in the field offering the most progressive solutions available in today’s answering service/call center environment.  CAM-X has awarded Direct Line the prestigious Diamond Award of Excellence consecutively since 2005. The scoring system is a rigorous “all or nothing” process. Simply put, if a Call Agent did not execute the call 100% per CAM-X standards, then no score is earned.

ATSI Hall of Fame

Prior to his retirement, Direct Line co-founder Larry Goldenberg was inducted into the prestigious ATSI Hall of Fame and has received numerous call answering awards throughout his career in the TAS industry. His pioneering vision, passion, and contributions have helped shape the industry as we know it today.
