In a statement made by Meredith Terrell, Sr. Disaster Program Manager for the American Red Cross, “The Direct Line staff literally assisted us in developing our dispatching infrastructure for our First Responders. Without Direct Line we would not be able to provide the level of service necessary or the responsiveness expected by the communities we serve.”
Steven Hancock, Director of Disaster Services, recently expressed his gratitude to Direct Line regarding their responsiveness, accuracy and professionalism in handling the urgent/emergency dispatching of calls during the Asiana Airline incident at the San Francisco International Airport. Hancock stated, “The staff at Direct Line went above and beyond service delivery expectations, answering heightened call volume, adjusting call scripts as needed and taking nonstandard directions on where to direct calls. All of this was done in a professional manner, providing callers excellent customer service.”
