Enhanced Voice Mail

Your own Personal Telephone Number-
Your voice mailbox will have its own local telephone number. Now you can receive all of your messages in one place. You can call forward your office lines, residence or cell phone to this private number, or have your callers dial directly to leave you a detailed, confidential message. If appropriate you can have your staff transfer your callers to your private voice mail box. You retrieve your messages anytime, anywhere, from any touch tone phone after entering your private pass code, or chose our .mp3 file option and never need to check messages again!

 

Customized Greetings
You can record your own Greeting or use the pre-recorded Greetings. Our standard greeting length is 3 minutes but that can be extended.

Time/Date Stamped Messages with Caller ID
All messages are time and date stamped when they are received and the caller ID is included in the message whenever it is not blocked.

Messages sent to your computer via .mp3 file
Our Voice mail system can send each message to your computer where it can be stored for as long as you need it. This can be an especially good tool if you want to keep track, as an example, of employee call offs. Each message is dated/timed and caller id is included whenever it is not blocked.

This is also a nice feature if you do not receive a lot of messages, since you can check your incoming emails to determine if in fact you have received a voice message without the need to continually check your voicemail box.

Additional Message Notification Options
You will know immediately when new messages are received. Voice Mail will alert any of you when a new message is received. It can even alert you according to a set schedule or one that you modify over the phone.

Notification can be sent to cell phones as text messages, email (either a message or a message with a copy of the message attached), pager, or a direct phone where voice mail can call you at a specific telephone number such as your private line, cell phone or any other number. Simply answer the call, enter your password and listen to your message.

Route calls to multiple locations thru the Direct Line Voice Mail system You can use the Direct Line voice mail number or forward your phone to our voice mail system and have the caller select from a menu of your associates and have the call transferred directly to their home or cell phone.

Send and Receive Messages
Send messages to your associates and colleagues in the office or across town or to a group of individuals using the mailing list feature. Mailing lists allow you to deliver a message simultaneously to all of your associates. You can have up to 98 different mailing lists to send broadcast messages to specific groups of people.

Prioritize and Schedule Messages
Give messages that you send added meaning and priority by classifying them as normal, urgent, or for future delivery. Future delivery allows you to send messages to yourself or others and have them delivered at a date and time in the future. This is a handy feature to remind yourself or others of important meetings and appointments.

Transfer Messages
Send messages you receive to your associates, adding your comments if you wish. Stop playing phone tag, respond to your messages by hitting 'R' to reply and record your response.
