When the caller does have an urgent problem, s/he can press zero ( 0 ) and we can reach you by what ever method you prefer; digital or alpha pager, SMS text message, voice mail or relay the message directly to you and we also have the ability to patch your caller directly to you on a perfectly clear telephone line. Our State of the Art Pinnacle Computer System can be programmed to easily keep track of all of your information and on call requirements whether you have one property or a hundred. The voice mail announcement further states that if the call can wait until regular office hours, the caller is requested to call back. You can also select to have caller transfer to a voice mail box and leave a message. This system invariably saves our clients money by Direct Line not having to process those routine calls. It also allows us to provide better quality service to all of our clients because we do not have to answer hundreds of unnecessary calls during some high peak call periods during the day. |
