Our staff is so excited to have achieved the Award Of Excellence diamond award for 10 consecutive years of excellent service. This award is presented to Direct Line from our national association, The Association of TeleServices International (ATSI). After receiving high scores on unannounced test calls from an outside company over a period of several months, this prestigious award was presented to Larry, Ruth & Ken Goldenberg at the annual awards banquet in San Antonio. Direct Line TeleResponse of Berkeley, CA has been honored with the exclusive Award of Excellence for the Sixth consecutive year. The award is presented annually by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of call center services including telephone answering and message delivery. Direct Line TeleResponse was presented with the award recently at the CAM-X 47th Annual Convention and Trade Show held in Montreal Canada.
Independent judges are contracted by CAM-X to evaluate message services throughout Canada and the United States over a six-month period. The criteria for scoring include courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to their clients. If the company scores 80% or better in ALL categories, they are presented with the coveted Award of Excellence. The program is now in its 21st year.

Founded in 1964, CAM-X began as a national trade Association representing live answering services. The Canadian Call Management Association now encompasses companies across Canada and the United States offering specialized and enhanced operator based services including: call centers, contact centers, inbound telemarketing (order entry), paging, voice messaging, emergency dispatch, fax, and internet services among others.
Now a six-time winner Direct Line TeleResponse earned the Pearl Award for six consecutive years. CAM-X extends its congratulations to the staff of Direct Line Tele Response on their proven quality service to their customers.
