In the beginning our primary focus was on providing 24 hour emergency dispatch services to the medical community and dispatch and messaging services to business and professional clients. We developed extensive training programs and systems to maximize the professionalism, accuracy and efficiencies of our telereceptionists. Those training programs have evolved as more sophisticated training methods have been introduced.
Over the years we have continued our close relationship with our traditional medical and business and professional clients. But because of the current 24 / 7 world we operate in, we have added many more clients in high tech, property management and other service companies that require after hours answering and urgent dispatch... And the need to fine tune our ability to reach our clients at any time day or night has intensified.
Also we have added inbound telemarketing services and find this one of our fastest growing markets.

Now located in our own building that was purchased in 1986, Direct Line has established a permanent professionally designed environment to better serve our valued employees and clients.

Starting with cord-operated switchboards rented from AT & T and 10 accounts in a rented office, Direct Line now serves over 700 clients utilizing the latest state-of -the art computer-telephony integrated equipment and software systems.
